Banana Bread VIII

VERY good. I did the 1/4 cup shortening and 1/4 cup applesauce, and added some chopped pecans. I really love how it turned out and super easy to make!!!

Spiced Slow Cooker Applesauce

Really easy to make, quick and simple. We sometimes mash the apples if we don't feel like chunky that day. I use this recipe in apple oatmeal muffins.
