Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
I have been making this for years also. It's always a huge hit. Added raisins to this and it is definately a keeper.

Turkey Tortilla Soup
I make this recipe often. I usually add corn and hominy. It also comes out well with rinsed black beans. This is an awesome recipe.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)
This was a good way to use the leftover spinach. I wasn't expect my family to like it but they absolutely loved it. The lemon at the end was a must and I used cilantro instead of parsley. Really great recipe.
