Carrot Pineapple Cake I
The cake is exceptional--moist and delicious. But I had the same problem that someone earlier did with the frosting...it was too watery to put on the cake, even after I put it in the fridge to stiffen. I used softened butter but not melted.
The next time I made the frosting I used only half the butter and that made a HUGE difference.
