Quick Mediterranean Pasta
This was very good. I added some garlic salt and pepper, as well as parsley and Parmesan. Next time, I think I will try adding tomatoes too. Great base recipe with so many variations. Thanks!

Carrot Pineapple Cake I
The cake is exceptional--moist and delicious. But I had the same problem that someone earlier did with the frosting...it was too watery to put on the cake, even after I put it in the fridge to stiffen. I used softened butter but not melted. The next time I made the frosting I used only half the butter and that made a HUGE difference.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This recipe was absolutely AMAZING! I made it last night and had it for lunch, dinner and lunch today. Not too spicy and didn't taste at all like beer (which I worried about). Some things I did differently: Used pinto beans instead of chili beans. Used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Used 3/4 bottle of Molsen beer instead of whole bottle. Baked on high setting for 4 hours.
