wife, mother, teacher, gardener--always up for a good book, always trying to get back in shape! dog lover-like emails -baby boomer- soups, ethnic foods and always looking for fun foods to try at our dinner club--i like to try and replicate (and improve on) foods that i like at a restaurant we had some lithuanian dishes growing up that are special to me--and i make biscotti (sp?) every winter with a friend--we make several different kinds and package them pretty for christmas gifts--it is a day of baking and hanging out together--we take turns at each others house macaroni and cheese--i think i make it pretty good and so i like to bring to pot luck
