Cream of Pumpkin Soup
I loved this soup and so did my fiancé... and he usually doesn't like anything with pumpkin in it! I added some brown sugar and cayenne (to taste).... super yummy!

Three Cheese Manicotti
Sooo yummy!!! I added chopped fresh basil to the cheese mixture as well.

Cranberry Orange Cookies
I made these last night and they are so yummy! I did add a half cup more flour and a bunch more orange zest in both the cookies and the glaze. I also sprinkled a little bit of orange zest on top of the glaze for a very pretty presentation! My boyfriend loved them! I will definitely be making these again!
