Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
This is a fantastic Peanut Butter Fudge recipe! I followed the directions EXACTLY and it came out great! Stirring is easy and smooth. Took me about 10 minutes of stirring to reach "soft-ball" stage and then I let it sit for 7 to 8 min. I moved it away from the heat, and let it sit until it stopped boiling. I then added the marshmellow cream and stirred it in until completely melted & mixed. I then added the peanut butter and vanilla until well-mixed. I put it in the fridge and let it cool overnight. EXCELLENT! PERFECT TEXTURE!!

Carrot Cake III
THIS IS AN AMAZING RECIPE!! Its my husbands favorite! I also added nutmeg (its an excellent addition!) It does take FOREVER to grate the carrots, but it is well worth it! Hang in there! It makes an awesome birthday cake, but the trick is to keep others from swiping their fingers in the decadent frosting!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
The cheesecake was OK, but I think I should have read more reviews and lowered the heat...My sides were way too brown and the middle sunk in a bit..I would have probably added more sugar too...Im sure this recipe would have been amazing if I had done these things..
