THIS IS AN AMAZING RECIPE!! Its my husbands favorite! I also added nutmeg (its an excellent addition!) It does take FOREVER to grate the carrots, but it is well worth it! Hang in there! It makes an awesome birthday cake, but the trick is to keep others from swiping their fingers in the decadent frosting!!

The cheesecake was OK, but I think I should have read more reviews and lowered the heat...My sides were way too brown and the middle sunk in a bit..I would have probably added more sugar too...Im sure this recipe would have been amazing if I had done these things..

This recipe is AWESOME! I made these cookies for my hubby who was coming home from his deployment, and HE WAS SURE HAPPY TO COME HOME TO THESE DELICIOUS COOKIES!! It's my family's favorite.. I also froze the candies for about 30 min before adding them. I baked them for 10 min, let cool for 1-2 min, and then added the candies. Delish! Tastes great w/peanut butter cups, kisses, or by itself! Very soft and yummy! Thanks for the great recipe!!
