MeMa Rie's Zippy Zucchini
I thought this recipe was okay, but nothing special. I found the vinegar taste a little out of place and though I ususally love the kick of cayenne, it didn't work for me in this dish. I prefer to saute the onions, garlic, and zucchini in butter, then simply season with salt.

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
Excellent recipe, though pretty heavy on the coconut milk. Next time I'll try 1 can lite milk and 1 can regular to thin it down

Mock Angel Food Cake
This recipe was great for making petit fours. Following the advice of others, I halved the recipe then baked it in a 1x18x12 baking sheet (lined on the bottom with waxed paper) and cut it into rectangles with an electric knife (cookie cutters didn't work). Be careful not to over bake--it becomes slightly rubbery.
