I loved cooking at school and did one day a week at catering college during my last year. I worked as a cook in a pub for 2 years in my late twenties, but gave up when I had my son. He is now twenty! The photo is of him and me when I was 30. We now live in Devon, England in a very pretty village. I run my own business from home so have lots of time for cooking, which my family is very pleased about! I love cooking anything, and since a recent holiday to the USA I found this website and have been trying out lots of recipes. Especially deserts and cakes which are so different to English ones.
