Sopapilla Cheesecake
I love cinnamon, this was a hit with myself and friends as well. It reminds me of a cheese danish. My preference is to eat this chilled. Does this recipe require refidgeration? It's a keeper!!

Corned Beef Noodle Casserole
Husband and I ate this, it was "ok" It doesn't look appealing at all...I threw the leftovers out, I couldn't see myself serving it again. Sorry, not a keeper for me. :(
