Honey Wheat Bread I
It came out very good. I also used the Kitchen Aide. I'm looking for something a little sweeter though. I think if I double the honey like some said and then adjust the other ingredients I would enjoy it more. Mom mom LOVES it though :o)

Souper Baked Chicken
It was okay... I prefer the chicken breasts I guess. It was very moist though.

Chicken Enchiladas I
This was so yummy. I followed the directions exactly and the whole family loved it! It did make a lot, and was very filling so I put half in the freezer for another meal :o)
