well im 17 turning 18 very soon and i love to create something that will not only be beautiful to look at but will also be enjoyable to people's senses. im still in high school but taking my culinary courses seriously. i plan godwilling to go to the art institute of charlotte and if not will proably go to cpcc to start on my culinary career path. my favorite thing is well i dont have a favorite thing . i enjoy cooking a variety of foods and the more variety within the dish the more i can make it my own. im still learnig alot of the cultural foods.i plan to take whatever i learn in the culinary field.
