evry xmas my grandma make cardamom rolls. we eat them hot with icing glaze. they are like a cinnamon roll ring but spicier. very holiday-ey.

Pecan Turtle Bars
freakin amazing. only thing i changed is i used almost double chocolate because mine melted into the caramel. (oh darn right, haha) absolutelly great, be sure to us real butter. you can really taste it in this recipe!!!! yummmmmmmy!

Red Velvet Cupcakes
yum, loved the frosting the most. wonderful. this amount of coloring is right on, if you want it the bright fake red go for it best this is nice color also ps. to all of you that think its not chocolatey enough, make a chocolate cake if you want chocolate, red velvet is MEANT to be lightly flavored with cocoa.

Libby's(R) Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
only 4 stars because i have a hard time rolling, i love the way this recipe tastes, i make it all the time with compliments. i do one thing diferent, i bake them in a bar pan and top with cream cheese "frosting" for all you lazy cooks this is the way to go
