Alison's Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup
I made this soup and we loved it. I did change a few things after making it twice now. I used only 4 boulion cubes and added no salt. I used 2 1/2 cups of water and it browned my meat in olive oil, and used paper towel to take off any
excess grease. My friends who came to lunch, loved it.
