Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Wonderful brownies!!! I stoped buying brownie mixes and now substitute with these. The whole family loves them and they are very easy to make and hard to mess up.

This is by far the best potato soup I ever had! I took it to work and everyone wanted the recipe. I make this dish all the time and never change anything about it. It is simply perfect the way it is! YUMMMY!!!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
This dish was a pretty big hit at my house. I served this dish with the 2-cheese pasta bake. I did not change anything except for adding more parsle and less basil I also put about 1/4 a cup of water in the bottom of my pan with the chicken to make it more moist. This will become a regular dish at my house!!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
WOW!!!!! If I could, I would give this way more than 5 stars. This is now one of my favorite meals. I did change a few things. I used the full amount of chili powder and also added 1/2 a packet of toco seasoning,1/4-1/2 tsp of cajon seasoning, and 2oz extra of cream cheese. I placed a cup of toco seasoning on the bottom of the pan and a cup and 1/2 on the top of the shells. When I stuffed the shells, I also put some of the sprinkle cheese in the shells. (just enough to sprinkle the bottom of the shell)I also used about 3 or 4 cups of cheese to cover the top of the shells.

Tomato and Mozzarella Bites

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I made these as a side dish and everyone really enjoyed them. However, I did not have mozzarella chesse so I used cubed munster chess. I also used about 1/4 of a basil leaf in place of a full leaf. I found that the full leaf was too powerful of a taste and took away from the dish.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Very very good!!! My family went crazy over these cookies. I loved that they were not an extreamly sweet cookie. I did not change a thing in this simple recipe and I will make this recipe again and again.

After-Christmas Turkey Potpie

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Very good recipe! The whole family loved it. The only change I made was adding a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of chicken soup.
