Jalapeno Popper Spread

Dangerous! don't try this if you are trying to watch your calories. Everyone who tries this loves it. I use 1/2 cup lite mayo, lite cream cheese, extra jalapeno. Great recipe

Spicy Bean Salsa

addicting!! any variation works. I like it spicier, added extra canned , diced, jalapeno, i also used fresh tomatoes, frozen corn, letting it sit in dressing is key for best flavor

Southwestern Egg Rolls

These are delicious and unusual. My husband loves these. I doubled the recipe, put them in 10 inch tortillas. Deep fried them and sliced them diagonally down the center. They look great and cool off quicker. I also froze a few just in case someone stops by, i have something quick.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
