Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Fabulous! I made these for our cookie exchange tomorrow. I can't wait to hear the same raves that I got from my husband who was my taste tester! I used Rolos too, as long as you don't cook longer than the 8 minutes, you shouldn't have any problems with the cookies spreading or the caramel leaking. Definately a keeper! Thanks!

Soft Christmas Cookies

I made a test batch of these cookies and took them to work, they LOVED them! This recipe was very easy and quick!
