Salisbury Steak

This is really good, but instead of the ketchup I used bbq sauce. It was way better than the ketchup.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
This was great with a few modifications, hence the four star rating. I almost doubled the sauce and added baby bella mushrooms. I threw everything together in a 13 X 9 baking dish noodles, 2/3 of sauce, chicken (I butterflied and pounded thin), then I layered (on top of the chicken) proscuitto and provolone and then the rest of the sauce over everything. Topped with provolone and baked for about 20 min and then under the broiler for a couple minutes... It was wonderful!!

Tilapia Scaloppine

This recipe was more than AWESOME!!! I only used half of the lemon as I am mildly allergic to lemon and served over whole wheat linguine sprinkled with fresh grated parmesan. I will definitely be making this a whole lot more. Thanks for posting!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
How is this recipe not 5 Stars all the way? People, you need to follow this recipe to the "T" and PLEASE refrigerate after mixing everything together (1 hour or 30 minutes in the freezer). My cookies turned out perfect, thick and buttery and very, very yummy. This is the only recipe that I will be using for chocolate chip cookies from now on. Thank you for posting it..

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This recipe would be 5 stars but I had to add to it to make it 5 stars. The first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly- it was ok not great but ok. It definitely was sweet but I like me bbq pork sweet and spicy. So, the second time I made it I made a dry rub with brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. I caked the pork butt with the dry rub and then cooked it in the slow cooker with the rootbeer. We used sweet baby rays sweet and spicy bbq sauce and when we added the bbq sauce we added chopped jalepeno peppers. It was awesome!!

These really are melt in your mouth. I followed the recipe to the T and they are wonderful. I was looking for a crunchy cookie. I only got about 2 dozen. We like our cookies big. :)

Springerle I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
This is close to my German great grandmothers recipe. I modified it to taste almost exactly like it. I added a little grated lemon peel. You can also use the antique springerle boards as well as the rolling pin.
