I am a wife and mother of 4 very picky girls. I am 1/2 thai and the rest is all european. I work full time and during school do a lot of overtime. I am always looking for something quick, easy and healthy to feed my family (and those 3 things don't usually go hand in hand). My favorite things to cook-- desserts-duh. I love to make authentic asian recipes and authentic mexican. Baking dozens of cookies for Christmas. :) Perfecting my cheesecakes. Beef wellington-that was a very expensive tragedy.
