Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Awesome! I usually buy a shank-in ham once every 5months and always use this recipe for my left overs... I even make it dairy-free by substituting oat milk for regular milk. Highly recomend!

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
very good! The greens were def. the star of the show! AMAZING!! Beets were very good too but i just couldnt get over the greens.
