Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

This was excellent served over mashed potatoes. I left out the mushrooms just so the kids would eat it. I used frozen chicken breasts and they were cooked through with no extra time added and very tender.

Pretzel Turtles

THis has to be the simplest yumminess ever! I set my 4 year old and 6 year old up on the counter. Showed them how to stck the rolo on top of the pretzel and let them go at. They had so much fun, munching on rolos and making turtles. Then once they cam out of the oven, I did the pecans. They felt like master bakers and we couldn't believe how good these were. Fantastic!!

Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

I was really disappointed. The meat came out so runny. It was more like a soup. I followed the recipe to a tee except reduced the amount of vinegar. It had a decent flavor but was just really runny.
