Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
Very good. I made 24 muffins out of this recipe to take to a brunch. I did reduce the sugar to 1 cup brown and 3/4 cup white after reading other reviews and added a crumb topping. I baked at 350 for about 25 minutes. They came out very moist and plenty sweet! I did only use 2 cups of zucchini and would double that next time. Will make again!

I have been trying forever to find a great tasting alfredo and finally hit the nail on the head. I followed this recipe exactly and it came out creamy and rich. Tastes just as good as the Olive Gardens.

Shredded Beef Chimichangas

Wonderful! I made these with leftover meat from a pork shoulder and added a can of green chilis. I had no idea that they could be this crispy from the oven, but they turned out perfect! Plus much less greasy than deep frying.

Chili Rick's

OMG! So amazing. I thought the chocolate would be gross, but it made the chili so rich and tasty. The only change I made was to add a tablespoon of peanut butter (my friend who's a chef suggested). I highly recommend this recipe, try it and you won't be disapointed!

Very tasty recipe. I didn't have carrots on hand so I just used peas. I also added some garlic and chicken to make it more of a main dish. Very good. May have been a little better with some chicken stock added in for flavor.

Very good. I added chicken to the recipe to make it a little more substantial. Turned out thick and creamy. My husband enjoyed it very much.

This recipe turned out great. I took the advice of previous reviewers and did not cook the tortillas. It turned out perfect! One of my husbands new favorites.
