Chocolate Delight
WHOA! THE 12 SERVINGS COULD HAVE FED 12 HORSES! COULD HAVE USED MORE CAKE. INSTANT PUDDING WAS A BIT THIN. I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE IT'S ME, BUT COOL WHIP IS VERY BORING AND DOESN'T TASTE LIKE REAL WHIP CREAM AT ALL!

Rosemary Carrots
WE PURCHASED PRECUT CARROT SLICES THAT WERE SCALOP CUT...LOOKED VERY PRETTY. COOKING TIME TAKES ALOT LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES. THIS DISH NEEDED MORE BROWN SUGAR AND COULD HAVE USED MORE SPICES.

Crown Roast of Pork with Sausage Stuffing
RECIPE VERY HARD TO FOLLOW. STUFFING WOULD BE BETTER WITH BREAD CUBES RATHER THAN BREAD CRUMBS. THE GRAVY WAS AWESOME. EACH CHOP WAS ABOUT ONE POUND SO PURCHASE ONLY ONE CHOP PER PERSON.
