Banana Banana Bread
This recipe is so simple as well as amazing. I customized mine adding 1/2 C of Bran/Flax Seeds and 1 tsp Vanilla. I used greased mini-bundt pans and when cooled I filled the tops with Banana Pudding & a dollop of Whip Cream. Looked like a fancy dessert, but so easy to make - tastes great!

One Bowl Chocolate Fudge
Excellent with lots of walnuts! If you make it with Peanut Butter swirled in, it takes longer to dry. Make sure you spread out on cookie sheet and dry in refrigerator not freezer. Very easy and very fast!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
Very sticky, butter untensils and hands -double recipe as the original does not make but a half a cookie sheet
