This was a good way to cook up venison stew meat. I am not a huge venison fan, but thought this was very good. I made this in the slow cooker. I used 5C beef broth in place of the water (and upped the spices as a result of the additional liquid). I used carrots in place of the parsnip and also added mushrooms.

I made these this weekend and they were really good! I used 1/2 all-purpose flour and 1/2 whole weat flour. They were very fluffy and delicious.

I made this for a party yesterday. I used low fat oreos, low fat cream cheese and low fat cool whip. It was easy to make and looked amazing! Everyone commented on how great the cake looked and tasted! I did crush up 4 more oreos and sprinkled them over the top of the cake while the frosting was still warm. Great, easy recipe!
