Habanero Pepper Cream Pasta
This was fantastic! I had a few modifications: I used a fresh habanero (one was perfect), half & half instead of heavy cream, and I didn't have a tomato, so I used a can of diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions. It took a little longer for my sauce to thicken -more like 15 minutes, but I will definitely make this dish again. My husband loved it too.

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)
I not a huge tuna fan, but I really enjoyed this dish. The swiss cheese cut the taste of the tuna. Next time I think I'll brown both sides of the bread and slice the cheese thinner.

Pasta with Spinach Pesto Sauce
I'm not sure what I did, but this recipe did not work for me. Mine did not look like the picture at all. The sauce was like a green soup and the flavor was just off. It's got good reviews, but I'm not sure what I did wrong.
