Kung Pao Chicken
dish was good and went down well, although it wasn't exactly what i would expect to get in an authentic chinese! for me it's always the cashew nuts that make it.

just keep on eye on how much stock you use, i didn't and it ended up very salty! otherwise was lovely, just what i was looking for!
