Soooo good. Made them the first time with regular cornmeal and flour and added a bit of baking powder. Perfect. Made them as the recipe says the second. Both times, amazing. Very moist inside but crispy on the outside. We made these after frying some fish (in the same oil) and they were the BEST. Honestly better than any I've had elsewhere.

BEST EVER!!!!! Better than any mix, any brownie you buy at a bakery, coffee shop, etc. I did use 1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt and 1/2 c butter (instead of 1 c butter) AND I used a pinch of Baking Soda to add a crisp top. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!

Excellend recipe. I subed fat free 1/2 & 1/2 for the milk. Husband loved it! Tastes even better the second day...out of the fridge.
