Grammy's Overnight Lasagna
Very nice recipe and so easy. I put the noodles in warm water (they always break up when boiled, and the oven-ready are $$$) for a few hours, then layer and refrigerate overnight.

Mexican Chorizo
Used ground pork, as I am not enamoured of my new meat grinder. Sub 1 tbs. paprika and 1/2 tsp. cayenne for Aleppo.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Easy to prepare, delicious, less costly than many other recipes, and if you have a big group, or are a caterer like I am, it cooks up well, and stays on the "line" with no problems.
