Special Irish Beef Stew
Sweet. This looks like what my mom makes. Serve in bowls with a pepper grinder and tons of bread. Drop dumplings go great with this, about half a dozen or so.

World's Best Lasagna
Good. The trick is often to make the sauce yourself or start with your homemade spaghetti sauce.
