Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
I make this dish all the time for potlucks and partys. It's easy to double up too. Crabmeat is pricey so I usually do half backfin and half claw. It's always a hit and rarely any leftover!

Cyndi's Shrimp Fajitas
This is extremely tasty and easy to make. Instead of zucchini, I sauteed peppers and onions in addition to the corn. Once finished, used whole wheat wraps, sides of guac, cheese and sour cream to make this dish complete! I recommend this to any shrimp or fajita lover.
