Jamaican Beef Patties
Yum! Very good! Not very spicy, I added some cayenne to get a bit more kick... b overall, very good! Husband BEGS me to make them!!!

Banana Butter Icing
YUM YUM YUM! On top of Wonderful Banana cake... just delicious! I did use newer bananas as one review suggested helped cut down the tooth-rottingly sweet factor!

Wonderful Banana Cake
OMG YUM! My mother-in-;law was very skeptical when I told her I had made a Banana cake using a yellow cake mix. She insisted her recipe for banana cake was better... EVEN SHE LOVED IT! So moist and delicious! I used newer bananas though to cut down the sweetness and I made the Banana Frosting from this site to top it off. YUM!
