Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake
This recipes is fantastic! I made a graham cracker crust rather than a chocolate wafer one and will always make it that way as it paired beautifully. I added red food coloring to the cream cheese mixture and 3 fourths of the whipping cream. Folded in the whipping cream blending the color to a nice pink. With the remaining white quarter of whipping cream I used it to make a marble effect with the pink and it looked great. Wonderful recipe and will continue to make it!

Sugar Plum No-Bake Cookies
I think that these are good but definitely an acquired taste. Other reviews mentioned that more graham cracker was required so I added half a cup more based on their reviews. I found that it was perfect and rolled easily. Will make again but next time will try some different touches.

Flatlander Chili
Great chili. Also a great base to play around with. Was fairly acidic so next time I will try to bring that down. The key to a phenomenal chili is to not get heart burn after. Personal experience though. Recipe is great.
