The Best Banana Bread
I have to say, this is the best and easiest banana bread recipe I have ever made. I love that there is no oil in it. It's moist, light and terrific. I added some chopped pecans to mine and cooked it in a silicone loaf pan. It took about an hour and 15 min at the given temp of 350. I think 375 degrees would be better. Other than that, this recipe rocks. Very few ingredients needed and a beautiful result. This is definately a favorite. Thanks for sharing it.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake
This recipes is amazing. I tweeked it some and added a block of cream cheese to the filling and baked it for 1 hour and I added to the crumb topping by mixing it with my Fruit Crisp topping recipe that has chopped walnuts, oats and cinnamon in it. Added 3/4 of a stick of melted butter and a dash of maple syrup. Great recipe!! Definately putting this at the top of the thanksgiving dessert list.
