Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic
I've been making this for years. It's great and the garlic gets nice and sweet. I've also just used thighs with 20 cloves and that works great as well.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
The basic recipe sounded great, but with the addition of a 10 oz. can of chopped tomatoes with chopped green chilies it was even better. I also used a 28 oz. can of the crushed tomatoes as was suggested by a lot of others. This has now become a staple in our house. I made a huge pot and froze most of it for a busy day with no time to cook.

Campbell's(R) Swiss Vegetable Casserole
I've made this recipe for years. I don't put in the sour cream or the pepper, since I don't like pepper and I wanted to cut down on the fat content. I also don't put in the cheese for the same reason. It's very good without all that and everyone I've served it to has liked it.
