Pesto Pasta with Green Beans and Potatoes
Outstanding. All I did differently from the recipe was double the garlic and added boiled chicken. (I boiled the other stuff in the leftover water) I was very pleased with the taste. Made more than I imagined it would, too.

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes
I had thick bacon so it never got crispy. If the bacon had been crispier it would be 4 stars.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini
Super easy to make, but tastes too processed for my liking. Maybe adding Italian sausage or bacon would help.
