Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine
Was great! I used broccoli pieces instead of spinach because that's what i had but it was really good. My husband even ate it all and he "doesn't really care for pasta" (yay for spicy hot sausage!) If you serve huge servings it may only serve four, but we got way more out of it!

Southwestern Turkey Casserole
This wasn't inedible, but my husband both doused our portions with salsa because it was pretty bland on it's own. I think next time I would add salsa or something somewhat flavorful right into the sauce and use less cream of chic/mush soup.

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
I LOVE how quick this was to make. My only complaint is it was a little too thick and creamy for us, next time I believe I will use more liquid. All in all this recipe is a keeper for those nights I have very little time...or I'm less than motivated. ;)
