So good! I'm not into spicy food so I soaked the peppers in ice water for 30 minutes before I stuffed and grilled them. They were awesome! Literally disappeared in seconds at the Block Party. Will definitely make again!

Lemon Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake

The combination of lemon and raspberry is wonderful, even my boyfriend who doesn't favor either said it tasted great. I did have a problem with the raspberry sauce.. it tasted okay, but smelled awful which made me a bit nervous so I ended up using regular raspberry preserves and it turned out great.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This cake was awesome! I made it with regular sized chocolate chips and they didn't melt all the way, so next time I will definitely use mini ones like most reviews recommend... and maybe some peanut butter frosting.. Mmmm!
