Potato Pancakes
I changed it a little. We are not real big on onions, so I replaced it with dried minced onions. I added both italian flavored bread crumbs, and some flour to keep them together better. And I used a garlic and sea salt grinder. They came out great!! My husband had 3, and he said he never liked potato pancakes.

Glazed Carrots
I wasn't sure how the ranch would taste, but it came out wonderful. The whole family loved it. Even my 17 year old daughter who normally doesn't like carrots!! We will be having this again.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I tried this to make something we usually have in a new way. THE FAMILY LOVED IT!!! I took someone's advice and cooked it in the crock pot for about 8 hours. Very juicy, and it fell apart. I served it with a few other recipies on here, Glazed Carrots, and Crispy Mashed Potato Pancakes. The family is already asking for it again.
