Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
My hubby (who is not a huge chicken fan) said this was great. But, I adjusted it so I could not give it 5. I added some chicken broth and poultry seasons. Its a keeper!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
I did not follow this exactly. I added a package of onion soup, and cut back on the beef boullion. This was so tasty and easy. My hubby loved it!
