Cranberry Muffins
I'm a muffin girl, and these are a 5 in my book. These muffins are absolutely delicious! I made them as the recipe directed for my first try. The batter gives a sweet and moist cake; the sour cream really makes the flavor. Sometime I will try these with some orange zest in there. The batter is so good, it would be easy to use as a base for blueberry or blueberry lemon muffins as well. Awesome - thanks for sharing!

Antipasto Pasta Salad
A good basic pasta salad. I used fusilli. I was (personally...) not crazy about the dressing, or all the asiago cheese. I'd make the same salad again with a different dressing and maybe change the cheese, maybe to mozzerella diced and parmesan in slivers.

Clone of a Cinnabon
These were good, I went a little lighter on the cinnamon and thought it was good (more like 1 1/2 tablespoons.) I followed the directions except I let them sit in the fridge overnight, then in the morning sat them out 20 minutes then into the oven at 350 for a little longer. They came out looking beautiful and very tasty. I've been looking for the perfect cinnamon roll recipe. I thought these were similar to the cinnabons - but like the cinnabons very sweet, cinnamony, and heavy heavy heavy. If I try this recipe again I will let the dough rise longer in an effort to get a lighter roll, and also use less filling. They were really good though. :) Between me, my husband, and my two young boys the whole pan lasted under 2 days!
