I'm 36 years old and just recently moved back to Illinois after spending 18 years living on the East Coast. I have three chihuahuas and two cats and am employed as a staffing consultant. I love to make Mexican and Italian dishes, but really love to EAT Southern cooking. I love Paula Deen and all the rich, delectable dishes she makes. My Mom has always made really traditional type dishes such as fried chicken or spaghetti. We always have huge holiday meals and lots of BBQ in the summer Most of the stuff I cook turns out pretty well I cannot make scrambled eggs to save my life. No matter what, they never turn out. I can't understand it.
