Grilled Garlic Artichokes
Great stuff. For a Nice smokey flavor I have added a tsp of liquid smoke to the cooking water,when boiling the chokes. Cool'em then grill excellent

Easy Slow Cooker Carne Guisada
Very good stew served with mexican rice. Bit time consuming trimming the chuck roast of fat. Added more chile powder,salt,cumin,and a touch of oregano. Next day added cornstarch to thicken to make burrito's. Excellant filling. Would make again.

Beef Teriyaki
Oh so easy and great tasting. Didn't have the broccoli, so just used what I had in frig. Assorted peppers,onions,mushrooms,and carrots. turned out great everybody like it.
