The cream cream had really great flavor! I used brown sugar instead of white, and added peanut butter, and it gave it a rich flavor. But the heavy whipping cream made it TOO fluffy. I should have thought to cut down the whipping cream and perhaps halved it with whole milk or half and half. Again, great flavor, but I'll probably be using this as a whipped topping on top of brownies this time.

GREAT recipe! I liked it better than the recipe that brewed for 12+ hours! It was not necessarily a traditional sourdough, as it was quite soft and fluffy, but that is what I prefer. I also loved the amount of time it took compared to other recipes. I will definitely try this recipe again once my starter is more established and has more sourdough flavor :)

Amazing! I make as many as possible at once, because, even though they are really filling, the leftovers still taste about as good as the originals! I like to eat them warm with peanut butter, and my 16 month old son loves them too!!
