Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever used. Everyone LOVED them!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
I followed the recipe as it is except used minute rice brand brown rice. It makes the prep time a bit shorter. I would make this again.

Japanese Chicken Wings
These wings were delicious. I think they would be delicious without the breading as well. Full of flavor. I will be making these again! Yumm!
