About this Cook
I like to haave parties in my home.
My favorite things to cook
"fix it and forget it" meals, crockpot cooking, make ahead recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love the tradition of making fried egg sandwiches on Christmas Eve, and Monkey Bread on Christmas morning. That's from my husband's family. I love fried pork chops on my birthday. I make Blondies once a year for the Army/Navy football game. Go Army! Beat Navy!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Many times my pork tenderloin has been dry. This recipe produced juicy, tender and flavorful meat. My family really enjoyed this roast and I had some on a sandwich for lunch the next day. Thanks for a sweet recipe!

S'mores Bars
I read the reviews, so I cut the bars into large squares when warm. When the bars were completely cooled, I cut them into 1 1/4" squares with a knife dipped in HOT water. I cleaned the knife between each cut. The bars were pretty as well as tasty. I made them for a teacher appreciation event and made sure to note that they contain peanuts.
