Recent empty nester :( Trying to learn how to cook for 2 is not easy when I had 3 girls & most of their friends were over on the weekends. Still love to bake & now that I have 4 grandkids I can send them home with treats!! Appetizers & baking are the things that interest me as far as recipes are concerned. If I could bake all day for someone who would eat it all (my husband likes a taste & then he's done)I would be a happy girl!! I like to go to new restuarants & try new things & recreate them at home. Sushi is fun to make--just sit at a sushi bar & watch the chef--inspirational!! Greek food is my fav--I've mastered Dolmades with the help of a dear Greek friend.
