EXTREMELY happily married to a wonderful, supportive husband. I have two terrific children and stay VERY VERY busy. I work full-time for a Non-Profit organization AND on-top of that, I am a full-time college student. I love to bake, everyone says I should do it professionally. any baked goods, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, holiday-themed goodies, and anything that is a challenge as long as I've got the time Christmas time: every year at christmas, we make cut-out shortbread/sugar cookies, we frost & decorate them with a variety of different color frostings & sprinkles. I also started a tradition of making chocolate covered pretzel-rods decorated with sprinkles. Lots of baked goods. I use the recipes on here & tweek them. Homemade macaroni & cheese (the cheese mix tasted like flour)
