I'm 23, married to the best man in the world who also loves to cook, and a proud momma of the cutest two year old you'll ever see. I work techinally 3 jobs right now not including a full-time mom (he comes to work with me). My husband works 10 hour days. It's definately hard to find time to cook, but we manage to cook well most of the time. I love southern comfort food, anything Greek, and of course the simple things. If I could bake all day, I would. I love making soups, sweets, and dinner for my family. Thanksgiving has to be the best "eating" holiday in my family. We always have the entire family in the kitchen all day. There's no point of one person having all the fun. We all have our duties and love the company. My husbands family is very large, it's almost like being feeding an army, but with really great food. According to my husband, I made the best turkey for Thanksgiving last year that he volunteered me to bake one (or 3) for his whole family of over 30 people. I'm guessing it was pretty good. Having a 2-year-old, I've now found it easy to burn things. A little distraction is all it takes.
