I mainly like outdoor cooking but the kitchen is O.K. too. BBQ anything. I also do like to grill. Most of the time it involves meat but I have done many other things on the smoker & grill. My major cooking triumph would be the 66# of pulled pork for my daughters graduation Open House. I also did some wicked baked beans on the smoker (about 30 # of those.) I try to put the tragedies out of my mind & can't think of any right now.
