Asparagus in Vinaigrette
This recipe is amazing!
I even omitted the green pepper and pickle relish and it came out wonderful.
This is a great chilled asparagus side dish that is full of flavor.
I like my asparagus extra crunchy, so I didn't steam it as long. I also decreased the oil, increased the lemon juice and used red onion to make it more asthetically pleasing. I will make it again and again!
